​Held in Cairo, the Trend Stock Forum is a series of exhibitions, conferences, forums and workshops that seeks to work toward upgrading the overall stock market climate in Egypt. As part of EFG Hermes’ ongoing role of educating the retail investor, Ayman El Baz, head of retail, will be conducting a session on online trading, while Ayman Waked, chief technical analyst will be hosting a technical analysis session, 'There is a great deal of opportunity already available to all kinds of investors on the Egyptian stock market,' says Sherif Carrarah, Managing Director of EFG Hermes Securities Brokerage. 'This Forum, through creating greater awareness and shedding light on opportunities, will help to ensure the continued success of the stock market.' The Forum will look at all aspects of the stock market, including analyzing stock exchange statistics; learning and practicing investment techniques and strategies; new investment tools available in the stock market – such as online trading – and creating equal opportunities for new shareholders and investors to learn more about the many investment channels.
