​Securities Brokerage and the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) are hosting the first in a series of sessions in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries today in Dubai. The sessions will showcase the Egyptian Exchange and promote Egyptian securities to GCC nationals, Egyptian expatriates and existing clients of EFG Hermes. These sessions aim to spread the word that Egypt’s economy has stabilized following the Revolution, fundamentals are sound, and the country is on track to offer unparalleled levels of growth, transparency and clarity. In addition to today’s session in Dubai, the EGX and Securities Brokerage will host sessions in Abu Dhabi on 10 May, Kuwait City on the 12th, and Doha on the 15th. Mohamed Abdel Salam, Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange and Wael Ziada, Head of Research at EFG Hermes, will deliver the keynote speeches in each location. Following the keynote speeches, top management from top-listed Egyptian companies, including Telecom Egypt, Juhayna and Arafa Holding, will engage with investors through group presentations
